Booking with us is simple and easy. Just fill in the booking form below, and make your deposit.  Please note if your deposit is not received your tower is not booked in.


Terms and Conditions – The Cocktail Queen ® Champagne Towers
In order to ensure the success of your function we ask you that you read the following terms and conditions carefully and click on the 'I agree' button.  

Payment of your deposit signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Quotations and Bookings and Payments - Quotes are based on estimated guests at time of booking as per your original inquiry.  Quoted price will be reflected on the invoice along with any other fees that are applicable that were not known at time of inquiry; ie travel fee, table hire or late night pickup.  A minimum deposit of $150 is required with completion of booking form.  Once the deposit has been received the booking is confirmed and a confirmation letter/receipt with will be emailed.  Payment of deposit signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions.   Final payment is due 14 days prior to event unless otherwise arranged. If written confirmation (in the form of a completed booking form and signed terms and conditions) and deposit is not received, your tower and staff are not booked in.  

We offer 6% discount to all champagne tower bookings if paid in full at time of booking.  We invoice your for payment in full or you can pay via credit card.  A $3.90 online credit card fee is payable if paying by credit card.  If just paying a deposit at time of booking no discount is applied.  We can invoice you for payment or you can pay via credit card. Fees still apply. 

Function Detail Confirmation - To ensure that we cater appropriately for your event you must ensure that the booking form is completed well in advance and we have all details of your venue coordinator.  We will liase directly with the coordinator 2 weeks or less prior to the event.  You will recieve a logistics email once booked and then we will directly liaise with venue as to bump in times, load in, load out, pouring etc. 

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your champagne tower... We will refund you your payment (deposit or full) minus a $100.00 administration fee. We will only refund the tower 5 working days AFTER the original date of the function that was booked.  WE ONLY REFUND UPON A CANCELLATION FORM BEING COMPLETED - please complete online on our website. 

Pandemic Policy - During a pandemic, no refunds are permitted - no exceptions, and the pandemic policy superseeds the standard Cancellation policy.  We hold your payment for upto 18 months of which during that time you can reschedule your tower booking date.  Only once the pandemic has been officially declared over by the Australian government only then can you officially cancel your tower booking date.  Only then does the standard cancellation policy applies. 

Staff Hire and Function Duration - The customer agrees to begin the function and end the function at the scheduled times agreed upon.  Arrival of guests earlier does not mean service will begin early.  Service will not begin until the designated pre-agreed time.  Service will end at the pre-agreed time.  If you have not hired the staff for a sufficient amount of time, please note that you will be charged post event for the additional hours to your credit card on file.  For example if you hire a staff person to be onsite for 3 hours and they are their for 5 hours then you will be charged accordingly.  

The Cocktail Queen only provides service every day of the year excluding Christmas Day and Good Friday.  Should you require an extension of service time, then a service charge will apply.  Surcharges apply for New Years Eve, New Years Day and Christmas Eve events.  Surcharges apply for  public holidays.

Objectionable Persons and Responsible Service of Alcohol - Even though the event is being held within your private premises The Cocktail Queen Management reserves the right to refuse to serve any person who is drunk, disorderly, on drugs, consuming drugs on the premises or objectionable or unreasonable.   It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that their guests conduct themselves in an orderly manner.  Should the client or invitee of the client fail to maintain their guests, The Cocktail Queen will be at liberty to cease service and exit the premises even if it is prior to the arranged end time of the function. Cocktail Queen staff at any private event in a private house will not serve alcohol to minors.  The Cocktail Queen does not tolerate ill manners, during the event or leadup to the event.  We understand that organizing an event can be very stressful however TCQ will not tolerate bad manners, rudeness or intolerance to staff prior or at events, and can cancel an event.  We only encourage smiles, laughing, and good manners and politeness. 

Liabilities and Damages - Clients and their guests/attendees or any other persons attending the function are financially responsible for any damage sustained in any part to the premises. The Cocktail Queen assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages, injury or harm caused during the function by to the host or their guests attending the function, or through use of the customers equipment, or consummation of beverages or food supplied by The Cocktail Queen.

Security and Insurance - The Cocktail Queen will not accept responsibility for damage, or loss of merchandise left with them by clients invitees before, during or after the function.  Customers should arrange their own security or insurance.  Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any accident, loss or injury by any person or persons within a clients home or venue, during or after the function including outside contractors.  The client indemnifies’ ‘The Cocktail Queen from and against all costs, claims, expenses and losses suffered or incurred by the client, friends and associates of the client. Public policy indemnity insurance is in place.  We suggest for you to organize to take out our own insurance for your invitees if you wish.

Parking, Delivery and Travel Fees - Current prices are valid upon confirmation, but are subject to change without notification, to cover unforeseen variations in cost.  Travelling charges are applicable for staff and delivery fees also.  You are quoted accordingly at time of inquiry  All prices are inclusive of GST.  
For events in the CBD a set $29 parking fee is applicable if you are hiring staff or if there is no actual loading dock present.  Loading dock means an underground or specific on premise dock area of the venue and not out front in a loading zone.  Loading Zones are not always easy to come by and staff may have to park in parking facilities, unload and travel to the location to setup.  If a loading dock is present, we will liaise directly with the venue and book the loading dock appropriately.  

Broken and Missing Glassware - When you hire a champagne tower from us we allow for upto 3 missing/broken glasses.  Its a common occurrence at most events that glasses will break once poured and dispersed by a guest.  Some get left in toilets, in gardens or simply dropped.  We only charge you credit card if there is 4 or more missing and then you are only charged for those missing after 3. Unit price is $5.00 per glass.  If the tower falls down and completely smashes (THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED), you will be charged for all the glasses at cost price with delivery fee, which we will notify you of prior.
