KMAC Camp Permission Terms

Cancellation Policy
If the registrant cancels 7 days or more before the Camp at Home Box delivery date, all fees will be refunded, minus a 4% service fee. Cancellations less than 7 days before the Camp at Home Box delivery date are non-refundable. In the event that KMAC Museum must cancel the Camp at Home Box Program, a refund will be given in full minus a 4% service fee.

Warning for all Camp at Home Boxes
- Boxes could include sharp objects like scissors and materials that can stain like paint. Please be careful as you open the box after delivery.
- All camp activities should be done under the supervision of an adult.
- KMAC Museum is not liable for any accident or injury caused by the use or misuse of materials.
- All instructions or videos are the property of KMAC Museum and may not be reproduced or distributed.

Liability Release
This release covers all events and any damage allegedly associated with the opening and use of any Camp at Home Box materials and all activities at home using materials provided in the Camp at Home Box. I agree to assume the risk that unexpected events may occur that result in harm, injury or illness to myself and/or camp participants, including damage to personal property during participation in , use of, or observation of the activities and materials contained in the Camp at Home Box. Kentucky law will govern the interpretation and enforceability of this release.

BY SIGNING THIS LIABILITY RELEASE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASING AND WAIVING ANY RIGHTS ON YOUR BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF ANY MINOR CHILDREN AGAINST KMAC MUSEUM, ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER FORSEEABLE OR UNFORSEEABLE, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, WHICH IN ANY WAY RELATE TO OR INVOLVE YOU OR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER'S PARTICIPATION WITH OR USE OF THE CAMP AT HOME BOX.
