This agreement releases Aniops, Confidential Kennels, Faithful Service for Veterans, North County Canine Training and their Agents ("Agent" will be defined as any staff, volunteers, subsidiaries, or partner organizations acting on behalf of or in partnership with Aniops, Confidential Kennels, Faithful Service for Veterans, North County Training ) from all liability relating to injuries that may occur from your dog/puppy to adopter/buyer or any party. By signing this agreement, I agree to hold Aniops, Confidential Kennels, all entities listed above and their Agents entirely free from liability, including financial liability for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence/temperament. According to California Abandonment Provision (Sections 1834.5 and 1834.6 of the Civil Code), if an animal is not picked up within 14 days after it was due to be picked up, the animal is considered to be abandoned. I understand that if I do not pick up my dog by the agreed upon date, my dog will considered abandoned and I will be held financially responsible for the balance due for training my dog received and any and all court costs incurred by Aniops, Confidential Kennels, Faithful Service for Veterans, North County Training and their agents.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in training and owning a dog/service animal/adoption/rescue dog. These include but are not limited to scratches, bites, chewing, and damage to persons or property. I affirm that I am voluntarily receiving or purchasing a dog and/or training package and that all risks have been made clear to me. I understand that there is no guarantee as to the success of any particular training package due to the varied nature of dogs' temperament. Additionally, if I have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in or owning or training activity, Aniops, Confidential Kennels, Faithful Service for Veterans, North County training and their Agents will not be held liable in any way.

By selecting the button below, I forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Aniops, Confidential Kennels above entities or their Agents for any injury or damages to persons or property. I will also make every effort to properly train, socialize, and follow safety precautions while training and owning a dog as recommended by a professional dog trainer. Furthermore, I affirm that I will follow all state and local guidelines for owning, vaccinating, and handling my dog at all times. I will ask for clarification when needed in writing.
