New In District Service Application


To start new service with Acton Municipal Utility District (AMUD) you need to return this Application along with a current copy of Driver’s License for both Primary and Joint account holders.  Service can be started on the same day as long as the completed application and payment are recieved in the office by 2:30.

Call the office at 817 - 326 - 4720 after form has been received to make credit card or debit card payment by phone.

Once all documentation has been received payment can be made with credit or debit card by calling the office at 817- -326 4720 Service can be started on the same day as long as the completed application and payment are received in the office by 2:30 p.m.
