Every item we sell has a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. If your new, unused, unwashed item doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return for a refund.

EU, UK, and CH orders: There is no return fee for EU/CH orders, and we will provide you with a returns label free of charge.

USA & Canada orders: There is a flat rate return fee of $6.95 that will be subtracted from your total refund for US and Canadian web store orders. We do not provide a returns label.  

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and all accessories. Returns will be refused (or a restocking fee will be applied) if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged, and do not use manufacturer boxes for shipping back bindings. They must be placed within a separate shipping box.

 

Our 30 Day Return policy starts on the day the order is placed and includes weekends and public holidays. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days upon arrival of return package, but we endeavor to process refunds faster where possible. It takes 1-3 days to post to your account once a refund is issued.
