Before collecting the administrative details collected in this form, first begin with a rapport building conversation with the client!

Each of the following discussion topics should be covered:

1. Ask the client to explain the service(s) that they have signed up for. 

    
This is an opportunity to gauge their understanding of our products/services. It 
    will allow you to determine whether to provide additional education or give a 
    deeper explanation.

2. Ask the client to explain their previous experience with the marketing services they've signed up for now with Qiigo. Ask what they liked and what they did not like. 

     
The goal is to uncover pain points that we can use to make their experience 
     better while using Qiigo. 

     This helps us avoid the mistakes made by a previous provider and allows us to
     better tailor our support going forward. 

3. Ask the client what their expectations are with their Qiigo service(s).

      This is an opportunity to identify and reset possible unrealistic expectations as 
      well as define service success and reasonable expectations.

   - Set realistic expectations on the performance of their services
   - Set expectations on the number of times you will speak together:
             
            - At least once per month to start
            - After the first several months the two of you will work together on 
               a communication plan that works for you both (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
