Guarantee

ESi Controls warrants the product to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship at the date of purchase. If the product is determined to be defective at the date of original purchase due to improper materials and/or workmanship and you inform us of this within two (2) years from date of purchase for next generation Motorised Zone Valves (ESZV222LM/ESZV222PM/ESZV282LM) and three (3) years for electronic Thermostats and Programmers (ES1247B/ES2247B/ES3247B/ESRTP4PLUS/ESRTP4RF+/ESRTP5/ESRTERFW/ESRTD3/ ESRTD2/ESRTE2/ESRTP4TOUCH/ESRTP6), ESi Controls Ltd shall, without charge for labour or parts, (at the discretion of ESi Controls) repair or replace the defective part with new or refurbished products or parts subject to the terms and limitations below. 

The warranty, which is offered through the point of purchase and not directly with ESi Controls Ltd, will be provided only if the original purchase receipt or invoice (indicating the date of purchase and supplier’s name) is presented along with the defective product within the guarantee period as explained above. The warranty may be refused if this information is not available. The warranty is limited to the purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is only valid when the warranty registration is filled out in full within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

The warranty does not cover (without limitation): 

• If the product has not been installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions 
  
• Periodic maintenance or parts replacement due to wear and tear 
• Damage or defects caused by misuse in operation or incorrect wiring
• Installation or use of the product inconsistent with good working practice 
• Failure to maintain the product in accordance with the manufacturers instructions 
• Repair or attempted repair by persons who are not qualified or competent to work on heating or hot water controls
• Neglect

Your information will be used for the purpose of warranty registration and marketing purposes. If you would like to receive marketing information, please check the box on the online form. In the case of personal data, with limited exceptions, and on payment of the appropriate fee, you have the right to access and, if necessary, rectify information held about you.

Your data will be held by ESi Controls Ltd for warranty administration and marketing purposes. ESi Controls Ltd will never share your information with any other organisation or individual.

Your Rights
You may ask us to update or remove your personal information by email or by writing us. You have a right to request a copy of all the personal information we hold about you.

This guarantee does not affect statutory rights you may have or those rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the person from whom you purchased the product. You may assert any rights you have at your sole discretion.
