I understand that by requesting an appointment , I am agreeing to any service fees incurred due to failure to troubleshoot, failure to maintain, misuse or neglect. Your warranty only covers workmanship or manufacturer defects. As outlined in my walkthrough, I understand that the following: LANDSCAPING, DECKS, CONCRETE, LIGHT BULBS, FLIPPED BREAKERS, CLOGGED DRAINS, are not covered under warranty, and may be subject to technician service fees for materials and labor. APPLIANCES AND HVAC warranties are managed through their individual manufacturers.
