Only Cars, Trucks and Boats that will be parked on Springbrook dams, parks, swimming areas and boat launching facilities, or boats in lakes are required to have decals.  Vehicles that are just driven on roads or are parked in driveways do not need decals.  When approved, your assigned decals will be mailed to you.  Decals must be placed on assigned vehicle, either the rear bumper or rear window of that vehicle.  Boat decals should be placed on the front of the boat near the TN Boat ID#.

According to an addition to the covenenats, approved by votes at the 1999 Annual Meeting, all vehicles referred to in the first sentence above, must have decals permanently affixed.  Assigned decals are not transferable to another vehicle and property owner or family living in your household must own vehicle.  Falsified information on this form will be considered a fraudulent act and will be reviewed by the board and could possibly result in lost privileges and be charged for attorney fees, etc. on their next years assessment.
