Cancellation policy:
If you cancel until April 29, we will keep an administration fee of 50€
From April 30 onwards we will keep 100€, after Mai 20 we will keep the full participation fee.

If you for any reason are unable to participate in the event, we will unfortunately not be able to refund your participation fee.

Participation fee:
Early bird till April 15: 650,- € to 385,- € sliding scale
After April 16: 650,-€ to 445,-€ sliding scale

Please note: The minimum fee only covers the costs of the location and the costs for food. In order to pay the musicians, the cook, the teachers and the organizers for their work, we rely on those who can pay more. We tried our best to come up with a pricing policy that is as inclusive as possible, considering that events like this have become much more expensive. The price includes sleeping in shared bedrooms, organic food, sauna, the CI intensive and jams!

Please note: There are very limited places for tents and own campervans. If you wish to sleep in your own tent or campervan, please let us know here. We will confirm if there's a place for your tent or campervan.
