Retreat includes 2 nights lodging, 6 meals and instruction as needed. All rooms are double occupancy. Some rooms can accommodate 3, and they can be requested if desired. You will receive an invoice for an initial deposit of $200 to reserve your space. The balance will be due approximately 6 weeks prior to the Retreat. Please bring your yarn and needles.

For the health and safety of all, we urge everyone to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Remember, being vaccinated does not guarantee you will not become infected! Please be sure to carefully evaluate your own situation and assess how comfortable you are with some level of risk of infection before you sign up.

Thanks for your registration request for the March 2025 retreat! Once your request is accepted, you will receive an invoice for a $200 deposit due within 15 days. The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the retreat.

If you need to cancel, you will receive 100% of your deposit (minus PayPal processing fee) if notice is received at least 8 weeks prior to the event. Cancellation requests received less then 8 weeks, but more than 6 weeks before the event will receive a credit for 60% of the deposit paid for another retreat. Cancellations received less than 6 weeks before the retreat date cannot be refunded.

Need to cancel because of Covid? Please let us know and we will work with you to credit a portion of your payments to a future event. Each situation is different - please allow some flexibility for the amount that can be credited.
