General Definition
Responsible for learning the Industrial product side of Tank Holding/Snyder’s tank and container business. This position can evolve into a Sales Account Manager position within 6-12 months depending on the learning curve and demonstrated performance capabilities of the candidate.

Essential Duties
• Interact with existing and potential customers in a professional manner in person and over the phone with order inquiries, pricing issues and application questions.
• Establish and develop direct sales accounts under the direction and guidance of the immediate supervisor.
• Develop a proficiency to review engineering specifications and create formal quotes.
• Prospect proactively for new customers.
• Interface with customer service representatives to understand the order process and complaint procedure in providing the best service to the customer.
• Participate in frequently sales meetings to grow your knowledge and understanding of the Industrial sales product line.

Non-Essential Duties
• Perform other related duties as required.
• There may be times when a temporary work assignment is required to meet the requirements of the department. Work assignments will be made at the discretion of Management.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Some sales experience with a passion to learn and grow quickly in a fast paced environment is essential. BA or BS degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred. Willingness to travel domestically as needed. Organized, excellent interpersonal skills, a team oriented focus and ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgencies as dictated by the work environment is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills coupled with proficient PC skills is a must.

This position reports to the National Sales Manager for the Industrial division and will be based in Lincoln, NE.
