Please fill out the form below and I will email you with a quote for your custom cookie request. Please be aware that filling out this form does not book your order. Once I have given you a quote, you have 48 hours to confirm your booking and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to be placed on my calendar. If I do not receive this within 48 hours of giving you a quote, then I will give that date to the next person in line who has requested it. Please feel free to email me with pictures, invitations or any other inspiration to my email: thelouisvillecookiecompany@gmail.com and include your name and event date in the subject line!
