Armstrong Acting Studios - Harassment Complaint Form

AAS is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff, clients, and contractors providing and/or recieving services from Armstrong Acting Studios.

This document is strictly intended for those who wish to submit a complaint(s) regarding the behaviour of another individual therein.

Complaint forms will be received and reviewed by the AAS Toronto Office Manager for a threshold assessment.

If your complaint concerns the Office Manager, you may direct it via email to the AAS Toronto Artistic Director.

If your complaint concerns the Artistic Director, you may direct it via email to the studio owner.

Subseqent investigation has the possibility of being further extended and intensified via supplemental aid from Law Enforcement Officers, should the circumstances warrant their involvement. Save for the aforementioned persons, confidentialty of this form and its contents will be treated with the utmost respect and privacy.
