2025 Vendor Application
Friday, August 15 9am-7pm & Saturday, August 16, 2025 9am-6pm
Applications are reviewed on a first come, first served basis, once your application is reviewed and accepted, you will recieve an email from "vendorinfo@danishfestival.org" with payment information and instructions. If your application is approved, you will have 15 days to submit payment. If payment is not recieved within 15 days, you MUST re-apply (space permitting).
The Downtown Artisan vendor spaces are for CRAFT and BOUTIQUE vendors only. For Direct Sale or Non-Handmade Vendor spaces, see the DF-WAN MarketPlace application.
The Danish Festival, Inc. assumes NO responsibility for loss or damage caused to or by exhibitors as a result of customers or any other participants of the Danish Festival, Inc. The Danish Festival, Inc. requires ALL exhibitors to obtain their own liability insurance for the booth/items. I authorize Danish Festival to release e-mail contact information to interested shoppers upon request.
Payment MUST be received by The Danish Festival, Inc. within 15 days of acceptance or you MUST re-apply and booth may be forfeited.
I, the undersigned, have read the above statement and I understand that the Danish Festival, Inc. is only renting space to me to display/sell my goods and assumes no responsibility for any loss/damage that I may suffer as a result of crowded conditions, weather and/or persons who visit Danish Festival, Inc. I have obtained my own liability insurace policy for my booth/items. I understand that there are NO refunds of any kind. The Danish Festival, Inc. reserves the right to remove any vendor/booth items that have not been included in photographs or approved on this application.
By signing this document, I guarentee that all saleable items displayed in my booth(s) have been hand made or hand finished by myself. The Danish Festival, Inc. has the right to remove any product(s) deemed not hand made or hand finished by the exhibitor.
