Charges are £10.00 per hour for residents of Barwick and Scholes with a £50.00 deposit which will be returned after the event if the Pavilion is left in the same condition as it was at the start of your event.

Private Social event £12.00 /hour min. 4 hours

Weekdays and weekday evenings -Mon to Thurs. (residents and Community Groups )

Established Community groups £4.00 per hour

Daytime hire. £ 6.00 per hour.
Evenings. £ 8.00 per hour.

A £50.00 refundable deposit will be required along with half the hire cost at the time of booking.

Hire Charges for non Barwick and Scholes residents will be as above but plus 50%. Pavilion Hire also includes the use of the outside area of the tennis courts.
