Order Form for Crafteinated

Orders will be completed in the order in which they are received. Please fill out this form and you will be contacted to discuss the specifics.

We will go through an e-consult where we will discuss items (quantity, type, details, color, etc). This will be conducted via email, so please make sure you put an email that you check often, be sure to check spam box as well.

Orders can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks, or longer depending on how large the order is. Half of your total will be due before work is started on your project. Customer will be responsible for shipping.
