SAINTS SLED DOG RESCUE ADOPTION/FOSTER APPLICATION
Whilst every care is taken to find the right dog for you, we cannot guarantee behaviour in a new environment. We provide helpful tips and advice through our coordinating team, as well as hand books on introducing news dogs to a home. In the meantime, please read our Terms of Service to confirm you have read and understand our rehoming policy.
I have read and understood the above conditions of adoption and would like to be considered as a potential adopter/fosterer for a SSDR Welfare Dog. I understand that this will involve a home-check and a reference from my veterinary surgeon.
