I understand that once I am confirmed in a host family, my payment is due within 14 days. Any payment not made within 14 days may result in a cancelled placement. I understand the rules and regulations for living with a host family are: no smoking inside, no drugs of any kind, no parties and no candles. I also understand that the Coral Group host families all live within 15 miles of SBCC and I will most likely need to take the bus from my host's home to school. (SBCC offers all their students a free bus pass.) I agree to communicate any issues with my host family or a Coral Group representative.

Student Signature

Guarantor Contract Guarantee; If any Student fails to make any payment under the Contract, Guarantor will, upon demand, make such payment to Coral Group. Payments under the contract include but are not limited to rent, late charges, returned check charges, attorney's fees, repair costs, pet charges, utility charges, reimbursements to property, maintenance charges, charges for property damage, and other costs or charges specified in the contract. If student otherwise breaches the contract, Guarantor will, upon demand: (1) cure the breach as the lease may require of Student; or (2) compensate Coral Group loss resulting from the breach.
