I understand that the charter is subject to familiarity and adherence to the RHADC RS21 "Charter Manual", "Charter Agreement", "Boat Condition Form", "Waiver & Release Form". A $750 Damage Deposit will be applied to your RHADC Account for all charters until after a boat condition review
