2025 Main Stage Entertainment Application

The 2025 Main Stage entertainment is set to take place at 313 S. Lafayette St. inside of the Tivoli Gardens beer tent on Friday, August 15th and Saturday, August 16th. If you're interested in applying to be on our entertainment stage, please fill out the form below!

All applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. Application must be filled out entirely for consideration. Filling out an application does not guarantee stage time.

NOTE: Performances must be 15-60 minutes. Please include your anticipated stage set-up time in your performance length estimates above. All accompaniment tracks must be given to the sound technician on one master CD. All applications must contain a stage plot. A blank plot is located on the website below the application.
