STORAGE & WINTERIZATION AGREEMENT:

By submitting this form I am agreeing to these terms: It is understood and agreed that Knotty Oar Marina Inc. is not responsible for any damage suffered by the recreational equipment by reason of fire or windstorm, vermin, theft, vandalism or other hazards. Knotty Oar Marina Inc. agrees to accept the recreational equipment and to store as specified above. I must carry comprehensive insurance coverage (including fire & theft) at all times while my boat is in possession of Knotty Oar Marina Inc. I agree to pay for such storage and services identified herein.
