Waiver of Liability: I am fully aware of the services, equipment, and/or other facilities (together the "Services") that are offered and for use by the MKFA Fencing Academy, UAE (the “Academy”) at Hamdan Sports Complex during my participation in the MK Fencing Academy International Epee Cup 2023 (the "Event"). I am also fully knowledgeable about my own physical limitations. I agree to assume the risk of competing in the fencing event. I acknowledge that it is my sole decision to use the Services provided by the Academy and the Hamdan Sports Complex. I am aware that I am engaging in physical exercise and the use of Services during the fencing event, which could cause injury to me. I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks and accept full and complete responsibility for any and all damages and personal injury of any kind, including death resulting directly or indirectly therefrom.

In consideration of the MKFA Fencing Academy, UAE and the Hamdan Sports Complex allowing me to use, participate in the fencing event and/or receive the Services provided, I agree as follows:-
1. TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS AND/OR DEMANDS that I have or may have in the future against MKFA Fencing Academy, UAE (the “Academy”) and Hamdan Sports Complex and all the Sponsors, and their respective parent companies and subsidiaries, officers, directors, agents, affiliates, coaches, employees, sponsors and their owners and each of them (collectively "Service Provider") as a result of my use, participation in and/or receipt of the Services, products and equipment;
2. TO RELEASE THE SERVICE PROVIDER from any and all liability of any nature whatsoever for loss, damage, injury, death or expense that I may suffer, as a result of, or in connection with, my use, participation in, and/or receipt of, the Services, products and equipment, due to any cause whatsoever (including breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care)(unless caused by the Service Provider's employees' negligence);
3. I AGREE TO PAYTHE SERVICE PROVIDER in full for any loss, damage or liability of any nature whatsoever and howsoever caused arising out of or in connection with, my use of, participation in and/or receipt of, the Services products and equipment (unless caused by the Service Provider's (or the Service Provider's employees') negligence);
4. I HEREBY RELEASE AND DISCHARGE THE SERVICE PROVIDER from any and all liability for loss of, theft of, or damage to property which I may bring in or on to MKFA Fencing Academy, UAE (the “Academy”) and the Hamdan Sports Complex and all Spornsors;

This Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the laws in force in the UAE. If any portion of this Waiver of Liability is invalid and/or is declared to be invalid by a court of law, the balance of the Waiver of Liability shall continue in full force and effect.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the terms of this document. I also take full responsibility for my participation in the sport of fencing, the event and its related activities.
