Would you like to learn more about any of the following programs?
Family Ministry - We provide weekly programming for children and youth, as well as opportunities for families to gather.
Adult Spiritual Growth Classes - We offer a range of classes and programs throughout the year, from book groups to Small Group Ministry to meditation.
Choir - Our church choir is an integral part of our Sunday Worship experience. Choir rehearses once a week and performs during Sunday Worship and at other events.
Interfaith Food Pantry - Meets every Saturday morning to distribute food to San Franciscans.
Volunteer Opportunities - There are plenty of ways to volunteer and get involved at UUSF, with a range of roles and commitments to suit different schedules and interests.
Men’s Group- A drop-in meeting once a week with a check-in and lively discussion for all to participate. Participants must be male-identifying.
Human Rights Working Group - The HRWG is our active social justice ministry with a focus on immigration and anti-racism. Actions include public witness, letter writing campaigns, trainings, film presentations, and more.
Forum - Led by the HRWG, The Forum is a weekly event which offer an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the issues of our time and to hear powerful presentations that both inform and inspire.
Women's Group - Meets two Saturday mornings per month. People of all genders are welcome at meetings, where folks discuss and organize in support of women's rights issues.
Small Group Ministry - Sessions help participants to deepen connections to each other and grow spiritually, by reflecting on themes together. Groups meet twice a month. Taster sessions are available for folks new to UUSF.
Pagan Interest Circle - Holds monthly Full Moon celebrations as well as special rituals on the solstice. Gatherings are held in-person at UUSF
20s & 30s Community - Our vibrant young adult community holds a few events each month to deepen the social and spiritual bonds of people ages 18 to 30s.
BIPOC Gathering - Our monthly gathering of Black, Indigenous, People of Color, held on the first Sunday of the month before worship. This group is open only to BIPOC folks.
