EXTERIOR PROTECTIVE COATING SERVICES

We highly recommend at least one of these items for protection to your exterior paint. washing is not enough to protect against bird droppings, sap, tar, road grime, salt, acid rain and atmospheric fall out. each one of these can damage your paint finish at any time. You invest a lot of money to drive a beautiful car.  Protect your investment.

we do not want to inconvenience you as a customer, moving seats does allow for a more thorough vacuum and cleaning. Kindly let us know if we may or may not move your driver seat.
This information allows us to order the correct parts for your auto service.
Appointment Info All orders are based on a first come first serve basis. Please submit your service order by 4:00 pm the last business day before the date of service. As we plan for the next day Our Goal is to be properly staffed, vans stocked with the correct supplies and chemicals needed to service your vehicle and location properly.
 
What Do I Do On Service Day? 
You will not need to do anything extra from your normal everyday routine. 
 
Key Pick Up & Key Drop off.....the selected times,

The "earliest key pick up time" and the “latest key return time” you selected is the window we will use to provide service. The earliest time may not be the exact start time of your service, we do guarantee service will be completed by the “key drop off time “you selected. Our service team will contact you directly for keys when they arrive, at pick them up at your requested key pick up selection... in the lobby, security desk ...etc.  

We will also ask you where you are parked. Please be specific in where you are parked and let us know if it is different from your described location you put on your order form. This allows us to cut down on search time to locate your vehicle. So we can begin service pretty quickly.

Please use the box "Special Instructions/useful Information" to let us know any additional information regarding your vehicle. Please note that we do our very best to park in the same place we picked up your vehicle for your convenience. There is a possibility we may have to choose a different parking spot after completion. We will let you know exactly where you are parked when returning your keys.

Possible Extra Cleaning Needed Info We pride ourselves on doing great work, and some would say we perform miracles. But some just vehicles require added TLC. There are some situations that are extremely difficult even for professionals to clean. Some of these examples are nail polish, any colored dye, heavily stained fabric seats, stains that have been set for over 6 months or more, very worn driver fabric floor mat, animal waste, human waste, blood, etc. If we come across any of these situations, we will be sure to communicate, letting you know if we can successfully make a satisfactory and significant difference. If more time is needed to provide a quality service, we will contact you before starting service, professionally and kindly making you aware of any additional fee for extra cleaning time and required chemicals and /or process.
 
Pet Hair Policy We also know our pets love to go for a ride, and sometimes it shows in our vehicles. They like to leave behind their excitement in the form of excessive pet hair! These hairs sometimes like to weave themselves into the fabric of your vehicle. If your vehicle has excessive pet hair, please make sure to indicate that on your order form in the add on options of the wash package section. There typically is an additional fee for significant pet hair removal.

Weather Policy Mobile Auto Pros operates under most conditions, including partly cloudy / overcast skies throughout the day. We do not cancel if there is only a slight chance of rain, or rain is scheduled for the evening. We will not perform exterior car washes on full rainy days or days in which the temperatures are under 34 degrees for the entire day. We may contact you to proceed with interior versions of your chosen package at a reduced rate. We will communicate via email if we are rescheduling. Mobile Auto Pros will also reschedule orders if there is heavy snow & icy conditions.

Rain Guarantee Policy We offer a free exterior wash on your next scheduled service appointment if it rains or snows within 24 hours of your paid Seasonal Special, Pro Premium Wash package or any Detail package. The free wash will include an exterior wash of the vehicle and exterior windows and tire dressing. You may also apply the rain policy credit ($10) towards another service. Exclusions: Any packages below the Season Special, Pro Premium Wash Package, as well as all Interior Only packages, Oil Change Packages, and other packages that did not include an exterior wash are not applicable to the Rain Policy. Free services are also not applicable to the rain policy. To receive the rain policy, please note it on your next order form in the "Payment Option" section. Please note the "Rain Policy" is only valid for 30 days from your previous wash service. The next appointment date later than 30 days cannot be carried over.

Waiver Of Liability By checking the box below, you waive the right to indemnify Mobile Auto Pros for any previous damage, scratches, negligence, theft caused prior to service, or any case of damages Mobile Auto Pros in no way could have caused by its procedures, tools and/or employees operating under the proper policies, procedures and ethics. If new damage has appeared after service. all damages will be repaired to manufacturer quality after proper communication and an investigation has no doubt found to be the fault of Mobile Auto Pros chemicals, tools or negligent employee.
