The STC Underground endorses and supports a safe, fun and educational experience for all members. Staff and members have the responsibility to conduct themselves in a manner that supports this goal. By signing below, each member shall agree to adhere to the behavioral policies and expectations, as a requirement to participate at the STCU Teen Center. All STCU staff are trained professionals and are required to carry out the enforcement of the behavioral policies.

Behavior Policy & Expectations
-Use appropriate language.
-Approach new things and new people with an open-mind.
-Make safe choices for yourself and others.
-Share in the positivity, talk to someone you trust if you aren’t feeling well.
-Try new things (at least once per month).
-Take care of equipment while in use.
-Respect others.
-Be responsible for your actions.
-Keep space clean and clear of hazards.
-Strive to create a fun and welcoming environment for ALL.

I understand that all members are expected to follow these behavioral policies at ALL times when they are present in the Teen Center and are participating in special events, programs, trips and activities. I also understand that failure to follow these policies will result in specific consequences for members which may include either temporary or permanent suspension.

Open Door Policy
I understand that the STCU Teen Center has an open door policy. This policy means that my child is welcome at any time during open hours. I also understand that my child is able to leave the building and return at any time. The STCU Teen Center is NOT responsible for any child once they leave the facility.

Media/Photo Policy
I give my permission to have my child appear in any media coverage for the STCU Teen Center.
