Tell us about the birthday child as well as your guests and the  activities, dates, times and catering you'd like us to organise for you and we'll make it all happen!

Once thats all done we'll take payment and when the big day comes around the Game Over team will take care of everything.

Game Over birthday parties always include:

- A party table located at the Level 1 Party Area; and
- Guaranteed scheduling of the activities confirmed for your party; and
- Party food catering is included and you have a choice (made later in the form) of either a healthy option or traditional hot party food.  See the next section to make your choice. 

A host isn’t included but don’t worry, we’ll plan the party out, including enough time for you to sing happy birthday and cut the cake plus the Game Over team will monitor everything making sure everyone arrives at activities when scheduled. At check in, we'll give you a printed run sheet to guide you through the celebrations.

Note:
Game Over' has age and height restrictions for certain activities which are necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests and cannot be modified in any way.  Guests must meet the requirements on the day of their visit and we can't allow someone who doesnt meet these rules participate. For Karting, guests must be both 7+ years AND minimum 120cm in height to drive the karts.

Package prices are for 8 people, which is our minimum for party bookings and is also our refundable deposit amount.

The package price is the non-refundable deposit payable when we confirm your booking.

We'll serve hot party food or a healthy food option which you will choose in the next step.  You'll have an exclusive party area and party table.

Chips, lollies, drinks and food are all included but bring your own Birthday Cake!

We'll allocate you a special reserved party area with everything you need to make it a super celebration for you and your guests. 

If you have a really large group, or would like the VIP feel of an exclusive party or function room we have two special upgrade options available.  

Kids Party Room located on level one, can cater for up to 30 pax, is super private and gives your guests and participants a special place to relax while the party is in full swing. 

VIP Room is our exclusive first class function room with stunning trackside views, private tea and coffee facilities, AV & entertainment options and video conferencing facilities.

Add-Ons

Add additional activities, arcade cards or party bags for your guests and if you expect your guests' parents to stay at Game Over during the party, you may like to add a delicious parent platter.

Time and Date

When would you like the party to start?  Tell us your preference and we'll do out best to accommodate it.  Please wait until we confirm everything before sending out the invitations.  When we send you the confirmation email, we'll also send you a link to the Game Over party invitations which you can download and print at home.

Appendix 1: Activity information (make sure you understand this information)

CONFIRMATION: A function at Game Over is confirmed by making payment of the requested amount within the time period we advise.  The requested amount will be equal to the minimum charge for the package you have selected – this is based on the fee for 8 people attending the package you have chosen.  This is the minimum non-refundable fee.

PAYMENT: Payments can be paid by credit card using the link in the email/form we send to you to confirm your event.  The minimum charge is also the non-refundable amount.

FINAL NUMBERS: Notification of a guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the function is required four (4) working days prior to the function date and will form the basis for final charging. The Guest will be charged the full amount for confirmed final numbers. There are no refunds or monies transferred available should there be a reduction in final numbers on the day of the function or once final numbers are confirmed and paid for. In the event the Guest does not provide Game Over with notification of final numbers by the required date, final numbers will be taken to be as documented in the initial communication and form the basis for final charging.

FINAL PAYMENT: Payment in full is required four (4) business days prior to the function date. Game Over does not offer an account facility. Game Over accepts credit cards only. Any subsequent charges are payable at the commencement of the Guest’s function. The function contact/company is liable for payment of all charges associated with the function. In the event the Guest does not provide Game Over with final payment by the required date, Game Over may either cancel the event or release any held space that has not been paid for by the Guest. This will occur four (4) working days prior to the date of the function as per the final numbers term (see ‘Final numbers’).

CHANGE OF DATE: Game Over allows the Guest one (1) opportunity to postpone the function. Game Over will attempt to roll over the function date, subject to availability. Game Over must be informed of postponement of a function seven (7) working days prior to the original function date or it will be treated as a cancellation (see ‘Cancellation’). If payment has already been received, it will be transferred to the new date, subject to availability and management. However, if the revised function date is cancelled or changed, the Guest will forfeit the amount paid following the terms as per those found in ‘Cancellation’. In the event of a change of date for your function, Game Over must be informed of the requested rescheduled date for the event within (3) months of the cancellation. If no date is confirmed within this time period, the entire paid amount is forfeited.

CANCELLATION: In the regrettable situation that the Guest cancels the function, written notification is required. The following cancellation terms will also apply: Notification more than thirty (30) days prior to the event – Game Over will return the deposit in full. Notification within nine (9) days to thirty (30) days prior to the event – Game Over will not offer a refund on payments made. Guests have the opportunity to reschedule booking to a date within 3 months of the original booking (see ‘Change Of Date’). Notification within zero (0) days to eight (8) days prior to the event – Game Over will consume the full amount paid for the function.

MINIMUM GUESTS: Game Over requires a minimum number of 8 (eight) guests for a function booking to be confirmed, unless written consent is provided by Game Over prior to confirmation of final numbers and final payment.

DAMAGES: The Guest will be financially responsible for any damage sustained to Game Over’s property and/or fittings prior to, during or after the function by the Guest, their function’s guests, or contractors engaged by the Guest. The Guest will be charged for any repairs, labour or replacement, as deemed necessary by management.

RESPONSIBILITY: Game Over does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after a function.

SECURITY: If, in the opinion of Game Over, it is necessary to employ staff for the purpose of maintaining security at any function to be held, the cost of employing such staff shall be added to the function charge, payable by the Guest. Game Over reserves the right to exclude persons, without liability, from a function.

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Game Over reserves the right to amend menu items listed without prior notice. All catering will be provided by Game Over. If the Guest requires a special arrangement to be made in relation to food or beverage, the Guest is required to sign a food service waiver, which should be submitted to Game Over prior to the function.

DISPLAYS SIGNAGE: Freestanding signage is permitted. No signage or display material is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any surface of the venue (see ‘Damages’).

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: If Game Over is unable to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement by virtue of any cessation or interruption of electricity or gas supplies, industrial disputes, plant or equipment failure, unavailability of foodstuffs, or other unforeseen contingency or accident; Game Over will not be liable.

RUNNING ORDER: The Guest will be supplied with an indicative running order. Please note that Game Over management reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to alter the running order to best facilitate the function on the day. Should the Guest wish to make any requests in respect to the running order of the function, Game Over requires these to be communicated at least seven (7) working days prior to the function. If the Guest is running late for the agreed start time of their function, Game Over reserves the right to adjust the Guest’s running order to coincide with Game Over’s other bookings. (For example, duration time of activities booked may be reduced to honour the agreed-upon end time of said activities.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Any goods or services provided on the day that are not included in the Guest’s function must be paid for at the completion of the Guest’s function. Game Over accepts card payments for which, the cardholder and their card must be present in person to complete the transaction. Game Over is unable to accept payment by any other means.

SAFETY: For the safety of all guests, any breach of Game Over rules including misuse of go-karts or any other Game Over equipment will result in activities being immediately terminated. This misuse may include: bumping into other karts or barriers when driving a go-kart and/or any other breach of any rule or guideline in respect of any activity at Game Over; offensive behaviour and/or indecent language; behaviour deemed dangerous to others.
