2025 Crafter Application Form

10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 14, 2025

Hosted by the First Congregational Church of Cheshire

Application Process which is as follows:

1. Complete this form in full. Be sure to provide all required information.

2. Refer to the table at the botom of this form for fees and application deadlines.

3. Since the Craft Fair is juried we are asking every applicant to submit photos or website information so that we can view your handmade works. This will help us get to know you and your arts and/or crafts.

You must submit 4 images for review:

3 images representative of your current work

1 image of the display that will be used at the festival. You may email digital images (.jpg or .png), with associated descriptions and your business name, to Crafts@FirstCheshire.org or if these images are on your website, provide the URL for your business website.

4. A copy of your driver's license.

Note: In some cases we may choose to use a digital image in publicity for the Cheshire Strawberry Festival and Craft Fair. The exhibitor will receive written credit whenever an image of his or her work is used and retain the copyright to his/her work.

Please indicate booth location preference. for returning vendors we will assume the same location unless otherwise indicated. Where possible we will do our best to accommodate you. Early paid applications and past participants will be given first preference.

Craft Fair Rates and Dates
Payment Received	12’ x 12’	12’ x 24’	Application Processing
Up to May 17	$100	$190	If approved the exhibitor will be notified via email and will be given preferred booth location, in the order their application and payment were received.
May 18–June 7	$130	$220	Applications received during this time frame will be juried and the crafter will be notified via email if they have been approved. We will assign the "best" booth location remaining at this time.
June 8–June 14	$160	$250	You may register less than a week before the festival if space remains. *Cash or Online Credit Payment Only

Please make your application payment online* once you have completed your application.

* Beware of scammers the link above is the only online payment option and it will be provided again when you submit your application. We do not accept Venmo or PayPal.

Please make sure to send your representative craft images and a copy of your ID to Crafts@FirstCheshire.org.

If you choose to mail your payment, images of your work and documentation, you may send them to the address below. Please make sure you reference the submission number from your online application. Your payment due will be based upon the table above and the date your mailing is postmarked.

By submitting this application, I agree that the First Congregational Church of Cheshire is not responsible for changes or conditions beyond its control. I further agree that I, my employees or my guests, will not hold the First Congregational Church or any of its members, directors or officers responsible for any bodily injury, property damage, or loss of personal property and not be a party to any legal action against them for any reason. I understand there are no indoor facilities in the event of inclement weather. I also agree to abide by all the rules of the festival outlined in this 2025 Crafter and Artisan Application Packet.
