2025 Cheshire Community Expo Application Form

10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 14, 2025

Hosted by the First Congregational Church of Cheshire

Application Process which is as follows:

1. Complete this form in full. Be sure to provide all required information.

2. Refer to the table at the botom of this form for fees and application deadlines.

3. The Cheshire Community Expo has the following rules and guidelines:

- Booths are located on grass and/or pavement and are 12' x 12' or 12' x 24'.
- Exhibitors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs and display racks. (Again this year, you may opt to rent 1 6 ft. table and 2 chairs for $35 if application and payment submitted by May 29, 2025.)
- Exhibitors are permitted to distribute marketing and sales materials from their booth.
- Exhibitors are permitted to gather leads using "fish bowls", raffles, giveaways, etc.
- Exhibitors are permitted to distribute promotional items such as keychains, shopping bags, etc.
- Exhibitors are prohibited from any type of direct selling, i.e. exchanging products or services for compensation from our guests.
- Exhibitors may not relocate or move from their assigned booth without the permission of the Expo Team.
- Exhibitors are solely responsible for their products, materials and displays. First Congregational Church assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to any exhibitor's property or personal injury.
- Displays must be sturdy and anchored to withstand crowds, wind, and weather conditions – the festival goes on, rain or shine.
- Exhibitors must be open during the entire event with representation in the booth. Breaking down booths early is a disruption to the event, as well as to neighboring exhibitors.
- There is no storage beyond the designated booth space. Please plan your layout accordingly.
- No smoking, sound systems or generators are allowed in booth areas. No electricity or water hookups are available on festival grounds.
- Pets are not permitted.
- The Expo Team reserves the right to request the removal of any materials that they deem objectional, inappropriate, or do not otherwise meet the standards of the festival
- The festival is held rain or shine. No provisions, refunds or alternate dates are made in case of cancellations.
- Pets are not permitted.

By submitting this application, I agree that the First Congregational Church of Cheshire is not responsible for changes or conditions beyond its control. I further agree that I, my employees or my guests, will not hold the First Congregational Church or any of its members, directors or officers responsible for any bodily injury, property damage, or loss of personal property and not be a party to any legal action against them for any reason. I understand there are no indoor facilities in the event of inclement weather. I also agree to abide by all the rules of the festival outlined in this 2025 Expo Application Packet, subsequent communications and on the website.
