POLISH FALCONRY MEETING REGISTRATION FORM

For foreign guests with a hunting bird, we only have a limited amount of licences, so you will need to wait for approval from the Polish Falconers' Club before bringing your bird.

Please note that, due to current legal regulations in Poland, children under 18 years, are not allowed to accompany us during the hunting.

Everyone IAF Board member, Delegate, Member, Polish falconer, International falconer, Partners taking part at this Polish falconry gathering NEEDS to register with this form.
This helps us to make your name badge, the number of goody bags and see what you pre-payed for.

The Fee for the hunting trips as an observer or as a hunter is the same: € 100,00 (about zł 460,00). Hunters will have to to pay an extra fee for the hunting license, see separate form.

Are you joining the Polish Falconers' Gala diner on 11th November to celebrate Polish Independence Day? The costs are € 40,00 or About zł 190,00 per person.

If you want to hunt with your bird you need to get permission and a licence from the Polish falconers, hunting places are limited. If you are unsuccessful in getting this permission, please do not arrive with your bird. To bring a bird to the hunting grounds is illegal without a Polish license.

Do you want to bring a bird to join the hunting?

The Polish falconers will draw names from a list of all falconers wanting to bring their bird, corresponding to number of hunting licences that they have (the Fee for a Hunting license is €60,00 (about zł 282,00), this can be payed after receiving the license.
