Music Centre Registration

Once you have signed up for 2022-23, your contract will continue until you cancel. The Music Centres run for 10 weeks per term, 3 terms per year. Our cancellation policy can be found at the bottom of this form and will be emailed to you.

If you have more than one child, you will need to complete one form for each child.

All information will be treated confidentially and is subject to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (2018).

The London Borough of Islington and Guildhall School of Music and Drama are partner organisations who work together to deliver Music Education Islington, which provides Music Education to children and young people who are resident and/or in education in the London Borough of Islington.

Please note that Islington Council and Guildhall School of Music and Drama will store your image securely and that consent will be valid for two years from the date above. At this point we will either obtain consent from you again, or delete your image from our system. We will not be able to withdraw materials that have already been circulated.
