TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only primary school aged children may attend our school holiday workshops. Art Discovery reserves the right to change and / or cancel advertised programming at any time.

WHAT TO BRING: A light snack for morning tea • Drink bottle • Hat • Wear clothes that can get messy! • Any medications/ treatment plans if required.

DROP OFF & PICK UP: Workshops are held in The Art Studio, which is towards the rear of the school, downstairs and to the right. There will be wayfinding signage on the day to help you. Students must be signed in by a parent or guardian on the day of the workshop and must be signed out again when they are picked up. Children cannot be released alone except via prior arrangement with Art Discovery.

COVID19: Parents/Carers are asked to please remain in the outdoor area when dropping off/pick up students. Remember to socially distance from others and use the hand sanitizer when signing in/out.

HEALTH & SAFETY: All our workshops are delivered by an experienced art educator with a current Working With Children Check and full vaccination status. Parents are responsible for communicating any student special needs to Art Discovery prior to the day of workshop and supplying adequate medicines & treatment plans if needed. Please do not send your child to a class if they are unwell. Art Discovery endeavours to provide a safe environment at all times - however, from time to time we may use materials that can cause minor injuries. Parents retain ultimate responsibility for deciding whether their child is mature enough to partake in certain activities. Please do not book your child into a workshop you think they will struggle with. Students should also accept some personal responsibility for sensible use of materials. Please be assured that our staff will do their best to ensure your child is safe, happy and enjoys their time with Art Discovery.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: Refunds, credit notes or make-up classes are not offered if cancelling a workshop due to an attendee changing their mind, being unwell, getting the dates mixed up or needing to self-isolate. The booking is however transferable to a friend by your arrangement and if Art Discovery is advised of the change and that attendee’s full contact details are supplied as per enrolment form. In case of workshop cancellation due to COVID-19 outbreaks, public health orders or lockdowns, credit notes will be issued. Credit notes may be used towards any art programs within 1 year of issue. If a workshop is cancelled by Art Discovery for any other reason, attendees will receive a full refund.
