I accept that if this is not the case, International Education Link shall have the right to cancel my application and I shall have no claim against International Education Link or any other higher education institution or college in relation thereto.I give consent to the processing of my data by International Education Link who I mandate to secure a suitable tertiary institution for me to study at based on my academic results and affordability. I agree to assist them promptly with regard to any further information that might be required to process my application. If an offer is made, I agree to accept/decline same within 7 days from date received and pay the applicable, non-refundable acceptance/admin fee plus commitment fee which is deductible off tuition fees as requested by the educational institute and/or International Education Link to secure the offer, failing which my offer can be withdrawn with immediate effect. I acknowledge that the terms and conditions of this agreement have been explained to me and that I understand the consequences of non-compliance with this agreement, I also acknowledge that the services rendered by International Education Link in terms of this agreement falls within the ambit of “Special Order Goods” as defined by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and is therefore excluded from the workings of Section 17 of the Consumer protection act. This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
