NAH Activity Committee Application

The Newberry Animal Hospital Activity Committee is a team of employees that meet every month to create a monthly schedule of activities that staff can participate in. The goal of this committee is to keep the hospital's environment positive and fun!

Requirements:

1. Members must be employed by NAH for at least 60 days
2. Limit of 2 members from each location
3. Every member must attend 1 monthly meeting either in-person or via Zoom to create the activity schedule for future month(s)
