Important: The Mifgash will take place in two hotels: Hilton Hotel, in Tel Aviv (April 30-2 May) and Gomeh Hotel, Sea of Galilee (2-5 May). 
Importante: El Mifgash se llevará a cabo en dos hoteles: Hotel Hilton, Tel Aviv (del 30 de abril al 3 de mayo) y el Hotel Gomeh, Mar de Galilea (del 2 al 5 de mayo).

Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 12:00 pm. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability upon arrival/departure. 

In order to guarantee early check-in and/or late check-out, please book an additional night at the hotel.
Breakfast included in both hotels.

Please note: The conference registration desk opens from 2:00 pm on Sunday, 30 April 2023.

Important: The International Women’s Division Award of Excellence will take place in the evening, on Monday, 1 May 2023.

If you are sharing with someone other than your spouse/significant other, they must complete a separate registration form. If your roommate does not complete their own registration, you will be charged the full price of the room.

Total hotel fee for the Mifgash 2023 (5 nights, 2 nights at the Hilton Tel Aviv and 3 nights at the Gomeh, Kinneret from Sunday, April 30 – Friday, May 5) as follows

There are many upgraded room options available, please write on the special requests should you wish to book a different room type not listed here
These rates apply to tourists carrying a valid B-2 tourist visa, received upon arrival at Ben Gurion Airport. Please keep this to present at the hotel as proof that you are a tourist and exempt from paying VAT at the hotel.Anyone carrying an Israeli passport will be subject to 17% VAT as required by law.
Cancellation Policies                       
* Until January 26 – no cancellation fee
* From January 27 till February 27 – cancellation fee of $850 per person
* From February 28 till March 28 – 50% cancellation fee of hotels cost + $500 per person conference participation fee
* After March 29 – full cancellation fee of hotels costs +50% per person conference participation fee

Please note that this year cancellation policy is stricter than usual , because IWD Mifgash takes place right after the Independence Day and as such, there is greater demand on the hotels and other logistical elements during this period.
