CATEGORY 2: INNOVATIVE MEDICAL SPA

Awarded to: MEDICAL SPA CENTERS | MEDICAL SPA FACILITIES 
Entry fee: 300 €

Where the value of the Innovation lies: Medical Services, Spa Management, Concept, Unique Selling Proposition, Brand, Quality of facilities, Eco-friendly facilities, Evidence-Based Medical background, Architecture, Design, Eco-friendly.

Eligible to enter: Medical Spa Centers or Medical Spa Facilities (using local & natural resources e.g Thermal Spa, Thalasso Spa, Climate Spa, Kneipp Spa, Radon Spa, Therapeutic Mud Spa, other spas using natural resources e.g., clay and peat, chalk, peloids and healing gases)

Entry fee: 300 € 

Where the Value of the Innovation lies: Quality of Services, Products, Design, Architecture, Concept, Quality, and diversity of Spa programmes, Eco-friendly 

Eligible to enter: Spa Hotels

CATEGORY 4: INNOVATIVE SPA CONCEPT

Awarded to: RECREATIONAL SPA CENTERS OR FACILITIES 
Entry fee: 300 €

Where the Value of the Innovation lies: Concept, Design, Architecture, Equipment, Materials, Eco-friendly facilities, Technology, Atmosphere, Integration with the nature.

Eligible to Enter: Spa Complexes, Spa Resorts using local & natural remedies

CATEGORY 5: INNOVATIVE HEALTH SPA PROGRAMME

Awarded to: MEDICAL SPA TREATMENTS
Entry fee: 300 €

Where the value of the Innovation lies: Medical Spa Concept and benefits for the client, Evidence-based benefits

Eligible to enter: Medical Spa Centers and Medical Spa Facilities (using local & natural resources e.g Thermal Spa, Thalasso Spa, Climate health resort, Kneipp Spa, Radon Spa, Therapeutic Mud Spa, other spas using natural resources e.g. clay and peat, chalk, peloids and healing gases)

Is it unique (USP) and not adapted from other Health Spa Programmes? Is it meant for disease prevention and/or healthy lifestyle enhancement and/or overall health and/or wellbeing balance? Is there a methodology to measure and control the efficiency of the health programme? Does the programme includes signature and/or local elements ?

CATEGORY 6: INNOVATIVE SPA PRODUCTS

Awarded to: SPA PRODUCTS BRANDS
Entry fee: 300 € 

Where the value of the Innovation lies: Benefits for the client/consumer. 

Eligible to enter: Spa Products, Spa Equipment, Thermal Dermocosmetics and others with natural ingredients.

CATEGORY 7: INNOVATIVE SPA EDUCATION

Awarded to: DEGREE PROGRAMMES
Entry fee: 200 €

Where the value of the Innovation lies: Degree Programmes that challenge and seek novel theoretical concepts, new approaches or methodologies, new findings.

Eligible to enter: Universities, Colleges.

CATEGORY 8: INNOVATIVE MEDICAL SPA SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Awarded to: Authors of scientific research in the medical spa sector
Entry fee: 200 €

Where the value of the Innovation lies: Use of new medical methods and programmes, credibility, and scientific argument in spa/ health tourism

Does this fundamentally change the credibility and scientific argument in spa/ health tourism? How are you supporting the spa business with this new medical result?

Supporting materials are one of the most important elements of your entry. That’s what the jury will examine first. 

Compulsory Materials:

  • PHOTOS: You can upload up to 4 images using the form below. Images should be in PNG or JPG format (maximum size: 5MB)
  • VIDEOS: You can send your high-quality video in MP4 format to aljaz.cad@toleranca.eu (maximum length: 120 seconds, up to 350MB)

Video can be translated or subtitled so that it can be understood by the English-speaking jury.

ENTRY FEES

Entry fees must be paid before entries will be submitted to the Jury for review. 

The entry fees covers all the administrative costs, convening the Jury and supervising the judging process and events; compiling the shortlist of finalists and the awards materials. Entry fees can be found here. Below, you can select how you would like to pay.
