* Next room category will be offered in case of no availability

* Booking will be declined in case hotel runs 100% occupancy

* Bookings must be guaranteed and paid in full before check-in. Hotel may ask upon arrival deposit as guarantee to cover incidentals.

* In case of cancellation, report it at least 48 hours prior to the arrival day to avoid penalty fees

* Any cancellation received within 48 hours prior to arrival OR in the case of a NO SHOW, 100% cancellation charges applied.
