Please fill in this registration form to register your child for our camp. An invoice will be emailed to you on April 1st 2025 to confirm location. You will receive a receipt as confirmation of registration when payment is received. Reservations are only confirmed upon payment. Campers must be able to follow direction independently for safety. In a group setting we cannot offer one-to-one supervision.

New Leaf Farms has a zero tolerance policy for bullying, physical violence, threats or harm to human or animal. Camp will be ended immediately, and no refund/ credit will be issued.
