J. Marc Lewis Tax Year 2024 Tax Organizer Miscellaneous Questions
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:
The labyrinth of tax laws in the nation is mind boggling. Depending on your residence, work address, property holdings, geography of work locations or investments, you may be subject to multiple federal, state, local, or city income taxes as well as sales, use, property, unemployment, and a myriad of excise taxes. In short, a truly comprehensive list of questions that might attempt to cover all conceivable tax liabilities would be hundreds of pages long. The questions listed below are merely those that are likely to impact the greatest number of clients. It is your responsibility to bring to our attention any activities that you may believe might give rise to a tax or filing. When in doubt, ask us. We are a small firm whose expertise is Federal Income Tax. Excepting state income tax returns we agree to prepare, we shall not be liable for taxes, penalties or interest arising from non-federal compliance assessments.
