COPIES OF YOUR TAX RETURN:
We are required by law to keep a copy of your original tax return for at least three years. When we prepare your return, we provide you with an original COPY; If you lose your copy and ask the IRS for one, they will charge you $43.00 per year (up to 6 years) and it will take approx 75 days. in surrendering to him; we will charge you $43.00 per year (up to 7 years of original copies, delivered the same day outside of regular tax season). KEEP YOUR COPY IN A SAFE PLACE AND DON'T LOSE IT!
Scope of services:
TaxVance LLC will prepare Client's tax return based on information contained in Client's tax documents and any interviews conducted with Client. The client understands that it is his responsibility to provide all the documentation and information necessary for the preparation of his tax return.
Audit Responsibility:
In the event that Customer's tax return is audited, Customer will be fully responsible for the items recorded on their return. Client agrees to carefully review and re-verify all items on their tax return prior to signing, attesting that all information reported is correct and based on documentation provided.
Exclusions:
Unless otherwise noted, services provided by Taxvance LLC for the preparation of Client's tax return do not include federal or state audit services, chart or chart reviews, or any services related to tax return audits. Customer taxes. In case the Client requires any of these additional services, he will be asked to make an additional payment. Prices per audit start at $95.00 each for IRS and/or state audits.
Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice. Upon termination, Customer will be responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of NEW YORK.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether oral or written.
