Your application will be submitted to The California Association of REALTORS® and after submission of this form, C.A.R. will notify you if there is anything else missing in your application. There is a $99 fee for an annual subscription or $149 fee for a two-year subscription to be part of the program. This includes verification of your CTC, being part of the C.A.R. Transaction Coordinator directory, and annual marketing to our over 200,000 members.

FEES, TERMS, AND CONDITIONS

Transaction Coordinators can subscribe to be part of the Directory program for (1) year or two (2) years at $99.00 and $149.00 respectively. Subscriptions are good for one (1) year or two (2) years, depending on the subscription period you select. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time by sending an email to education@car.org specifically requesting a cancellation or modification. If we receive your cancellation email within the first five (5) calendar days after your subscription is placed (“Refund Period”), we will refund your subscription fee. There will be no refunds if you cancel your subscription after the Refund Period or if your TC Certification expires during your subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period, unless we receive an email from you five (5) calendar days before the end of your subscription period requesting non-renewal. If you cancel your subscription after the Refund Period and before the end of your subscription period, your information will also be removed from the TC Directory.

C.A.R. does not endorse or assume responsibility for any of your services. Listing you in the TC Directory does not constitute an endorsement of your services. You understand and agree that you may not advertise, without C.A.R.’s prior written approval, that you are endorsed or affiliated with C.A .R. in any way.
