Point of Sale System Preference: Choose whether you will use your own point of sale system or opt for the festival's system. If using your own system, indicate if you're open to donating a portion of your profits to support the school.
Food and Beverage Preparation: If selling food and beverages, specify whether your items will be prepackaged or made fresh to order. Ensure compliance with any health and safety regulations.
Supply Costs: Understand that the school cannot reimburse vendors for their supplies. Plan accordingly and factor in all associated costs when pricing your products.
Donation Policy: Determine whether you are willing to contribute a portion of your proceeds back to the school and specify the percentage if so.
