C.A.R. TC Directory Referral Form

We are thrilled that you're referring a quality Transaction Coordinator(s) that you have worked with before to The California Association of REALTORS® TC Directory Program. 

Please fill out the form below to refer Transaction Coordinator(s), once you have completed this form, click "Refer Now".  Your referral application will be submitted to The California Association of REALTORS® and after submission of this form, C.A.R. will contact your referral to start the Certification process. Your Referral should be aware that there is a $99 fee for an annual subscription or $149 fee for a two-year subscription to be part of the program. This includes verification of the referral's CTC, being part of the C.A.R. Transaction Coordinator directory, and annual marketing to our over 200,000 members.
