Your Partner Agent Profile will be used to streamline our processes from this point forward, cutting down on the number of questions we have for each file. Said another way, 5 minutes now could save you 10-15 minutes (per file!) in the future.

Partner Agent Infomation

Your password will be stored in our secure credentials platform called LastPass. Hub employees will be able to use an encrypted version of the password and will never know the password itself. In the event an employee leaves Hub for any reason, they will lose access to the password immediately without any need for you to change anything on your end.

Communication Preferences

This is the email address we will use for your daily file updates, and it's also the email address we'll cc in all client communications (assuming you provide permission for client communication below).
Most of our communications will come via email, however there may be scenarios in which there is an urgent need that requires your attention. In these scenarios, we will call and/or text this number.
Your Hub Partner Admin will send daily updates to you and anyone else you want to be included. Is there anyone else on your team (e.g. a Buyer's Agent, in-house admin, or virtual assistant) you'd like us to include in all daily update communications?
Does Hub have permission to provide file updates to your clients directly (always cc'ing you, of course), or would you prefer we send updates only to you?
Studies show that agents and businesses with online reviews get more passive leads over time. Would you like us to send friendly requests for your clients to leave a review for your services at key milestones throughout their transaction?

Does your team have standard/default team splits for Listing/Buyer Opportunities, or is every Opportunity treated differently? Any information you can provide could help us process your new Opportunities faster, so the more info you can provide, the better!
