Before submitting the form, clubs must first communicate openly, transparently, and respectfully regarding Player Movement.

Note: The current club may deny the request if, it is proven, that the player has unpaid financial obligations (e.g., registration, uniforms, tournament fees) or if their departure prevents the team from continuing in league play.
