The Water State Festival - 2024 Vendor Application

This application is required to ensure a diverse offering of vendors to festival attendees. After submittal, a return email with approval, payment options, and a Depot Park form will be sent to you to return.

The open lawn of Depot Park is where all the vendors set up - some sites offer electric. Those requiring electric will specify following vendor acceptance.

Vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, and weights/sandbags due to no staking allowed on the lawn. Depot Park staff do have extra water containers to weigh down tents if needed.

9am-11:30am is set up window and festival hours are 12pm - 6pm

Please note during festival hours the adjacent Cade Museum has been reserved by Play Hard Florida, LLC to offer "free admission" to festival attendees!

This free admission to the museum opens up all their science exhibits and our associated Shaped By Water Juried Art Exhibition to the public. We expect a great regional and community turn out!

Food trucks numbers will be limited to 4 at this time and food group not replicated to ensure highest volume sales. Electric service provided as no generators are allowed.

Statewide social media and radio ads are active. Facebook Festival Event Page & Facebook Art Exhibition Event Page. Participating vendors will be advertised on events pages prior.

By filling out this APPLICATION you are NOT making payment at this time or being guaranteed entry. We will respond to all applications to ensure another successful event! (if you have been pre-approved go directly to this contract/payment form)

Upon Application approval return email one of these fees will apply at that time of filling out:

For-profit business = $90
Govt agencies = sliding $0 to $75
Food trucks = $165
Sponsors = 1st Magnitude thru 4th Magnitude levels = Complimentary

Nonprofits = We're accepting nonprofit applications, however, notification of acceptance and a sliding fee (if applicable) will be provided after we cover venue expenses with for-profit vendor fees and have adequate donations to beneficiary nonprofit.
