When I receive the REQUIRED City of Gainesville Depot Park application I will immediately return via email. We must submit to Depot Park all city vendor forms by April 1st, 2024.

I acknowledge and agree to fill out the city vendor form when I receive it. No extra fees apply.

As a representative of our business and/or organization I have read and understand the rules and regulations for The Water State Festival and associated rules and regulation of Depot Park and agree to abide by them. I recognize the failure to abide by them may result in exclusion from current or future events.

I understand that all confirmations of rental space are final and no refunds will be available upon cancellation for any reason.

Our business and/or organization agrees not to hold Play Hard Florida, LLC, The City of Gainesville, or Depot Park liable for damages or loss of materials.
