Tivoli Market Application

The 2024 Tivoli Market dates are: June 15, July 20, and September 21 from 10am-3pm. New this year - Booth spaces will not be assigned ahead of time and will be first come first serve when setting up in the morning. Please plan accordingly.

The market is outside at 313 S. Lafayette St. Greenville. Booth spaces are 10' x 10', must be pre-paid, and are non-refundable. Booth fee is $20/day or $50 for all three dates. Direct sale vendors are also welcome to attend, but are limited to one per company.

I agree that The Danish Festival Inc. assumes NO responsibility for loss or damage cause to or by exhibitors as a result of customers or any other participants of the Danish Festival, Inc. The Danish Festival requires ALL exhibitors to maintain their own liability insurance for their booth/items. -I have read the above statement and I understand that the Danish Festival, Inc. is only renting space to me to display/sell my goods and assumes no responsibility for any loss/damage that I may suffer as a result of crowded conditions, and/or persons who visit the Danish Festival, Inc. or any weather that may occur. I have obtained my own insurance policy for my booth/items. I also understand that there are NO refunds after my payment has been submitted.

I agree I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and all my employees and/or volunteers participating in the Danish Festival, Inc Tivoli Market, do hereby release and forever discharge Danish Festival, Inc. and the City of Greenville, MI and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands, obligations, expenses, actions and causes of actions whatsoever against the vendors arising out of or relating in any way to property damage, personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by the undersigned and/or employees and/or volunteers in the Event. The undersigned, being fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the Event, hereby elects voluntarily to engage in such activities. The undersigned hereby voluntarily assumes all risk of loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the undersigned and/or employees and/or volunteers in the Event. This release shall be binding upon all distributese, heirs, next of kin, personal representatives, executors and administrators of the undersigned. The undersigned also acknowledges the fact that the Danish Festival Inc. may publish photographs of the Event to be used in connection with the promotion and advertising of future events. The undersigned hereby grants to the Danish Festival, Inc. the right to use his/ her likeness in photographs or on film or video tape in the above promotional and advertising materials and may be exhibited without limitation or liability. This release agreement shall extend to claims, demands and cause of action whatsoever arising wholly or in part from any act or omission of the Danish Festival, Inc., their officers, directors, agents and employees or any one or more of them. The terms Danish Festival, Inc. and their logos are protected by trademark. Any use of the terms “Danish Festival, Inc.” or “Danish Festival” or use of the logo is prohibited without the express written consent of Danish Festival, Inc.
