Event Registration Form - Western Challenge Cup

Teams have until June 1st to register for their spot at a CBHA Western Challenge Cup Event by written confirmation and payment of the applicable entry fee. After this date, if any of the teams have not registered, they will be disqualified and alternates will be contacted as potential replacements. Entry fees are non-refundable, should a team become disqualified or pull out from the event for any reason once registered for the event. No team will be confirmed without full payment.
