NORTH FLORIDA POETRY HUB 100 THOUSAND POETS FOR CHANGE OPEN MIC PARTICIPANT'S AGREEMENT: SEPTEMBER 21st, 2024

VIRTUAL OPEN MIC SEPTEMBER 21, 2024: I understand that the work I am submitting via a live performance during a virtual 100K Poets for Change Open Mic on Saturday, September 21, 2024, between 2:00 and 4:30 pm will be uploaded to the NFPH YouTube channel and Chapter website as a part of a permanent exhibit. The recorded Open Mic video and a PDF transcript of any submitted materials will become part of the 100K Poets for Change worldwide event and the ongoing archival project of Stanford and Florida State Universities.

I acknowledge that the work I am submitting is my original work or work that I have received written permission to perform and submit or is well within the public domain for usage. I further agree to acknowledge authorship (if another party) during my performance. I understand that any work submitted, including my performance, remains the sole intellectual property, respectively, of the performer and/or author.
